Teeth Scaling

Are you sure my furiends go through this every month as well? You're not lying to me, are you?

Why do I need to have my teeth scaled?

There is nothing wrong with having some plague and stain on my teeth. It makes me look ferocious, you know!

Ouch! Hey, watch it... Ouch!

Are you sure you're doing this right, Ms. Hannibal?

Are we done? Do I have a Colgate smile now?

Your teeth look great now, though! Mom has been scaling my teeth some today, too. It's not my favorite thing, but better than having to go to the vet!

Your teeth look fantastic. You are such a good doggie to allow that scaling. It looks mighty uncomfortable.

Wow, I'm super impressed! I can't believe you didn't struggle or bite when she scaled your teeth! I would never try to attempt that with my dogs.

I really need to take Chico in and have his teeth cleaned.

I've never had that thing done before and I surely do not wish that to happen.. Surely looks painful.. But surely worth the pain cuz your colgate smile is just indescribable.

First, it was so wonderful to check your blog and find you're back! We love following your adventures, which are so much more exciting than ours. Second, someday you'll thank your mom for all that tooth-scaling because you'll always have stong, healthy teeth and no gum disease, or at least that's what our mama says. We wouldn't sit still for that at all without the knock-out medicine. Finally, we're all eagerly awaiting the arrival of your new human sibling. What an exciting time for you, Hero!

Ouch Hero...are your toofies ok? Is your momma a doggie dentist?? I only get my teeth brushed by mom with a toothbrush...that scaling stuff is done over here by the veterinarians and they put you to sleep for it...I don't have it done cuz my mom doesn't want to put me to sleep for it. But I get nice things to chew on and keep my teeth clean...although they are not as pearly white as your smile!

You are a Hero for putting up with all the scraping on your teeth! Yucky! I had to go to the vet to have my teeth cleaned. I wiggle too much for mom to be able to do anything to my teeth.

My mom used to sell Colgate toothpaste in a job she had a long long time ago!
