Redang Island

On board the ferry going to the island of Redang off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

After what seems like an endless ride on the speeding ferry on choppy sea, we finally arrived at the resort by the beach.

I quickly put on my float coat and ready to hit the water, please excuse my sand covered nose and mouth...

... as I have been sniffing all over the beach to satisfy my pei curiosity. Hey! A pei gotta do what a pei gotta do.

Finally having a swim at the sea.

Relaxing by the beach after a swim.

In the evening, we took a stroll along the floating jetty...

... and rested on the jetty to enjoy the dusky sky and sea breeze.

A walk by the beach before dinner...

... as the tide started to move out to the sea.

Sunrise at the resort the next morning.

It's a beautiful day at the island...

... for some fun activity at the sea.

This time, we took a boat out...

... to a small island which is part of the Redang Archipelago...

... where the hoomans went swimming with the fish.

The island has a rich diversity of marine life.

Perhaps the next time I'll learn to dive with the hoomans to see those colorful fish.

Back at the beach, relaxing...

... whilst the hoomans decided to have some fun with sea corals.

Watching the day goes by with cheche. A dog's job is never done.

Leaving my pawprints on the sands of time.

That looks like a lovely trip, Hero, and maybe a tad less lethal than some of your noseventures. See, I told them you were fine. The Moms, I mean. They were getting so worried that they were beginning to make me worried. Anyone can get busy and Dog knows you do travel a lot. They were just being silly is all. But it is very good to see your sandy face and your pawprints once again.

lotsa licks, Lola

What a fun holiday you had! We like that picture of you in the water with your "spinning" tail. Didn't you get seasick riding on choppy water?
