Seaside Excursion
We went on an excursion to the east coast for a weekend getaway at the beach.
Having a pit stop at the roadside to refill our tummies...
... with some yummy snacks at the makeshift stall.
Hey! Pass some of the coconut over here. The dog needs to refresh too, ya know.
This is more like it... I love to eat coconut flesh...
... as it cools the body on a hot sunny day.
Woohoo! Finally we arrived at the beach...
... and I wasted no time in checking out the place.
Sniffing for important pee mails on the ground.
Getting some love from cheche...
... before cheche and koko disappeared to town for some toast and coffee...
... at their favorite restaurant that served the most delicious nasi dagang (rice steamed in coconut milk with fish curry).
What is a dog to do but to wait patiently at the resort.
This is Charlie the cocker spaniel, my next door neighbor.
Cotton, the resident cat having his afternoon nap...
... whilst Peter rabbit is searching for food.
Hooman puppy playing on the trampoline...
... and hooman puppy biting on a funny looking bone.
Later in the day, hooman puppy and I played at the beach...
... where I got to know some new furiends too.
This is Moose the bull terrier from UK.
A little hermit crab in a shell... now you see it...
... now you don't... nom nom nom.
One of my favorite activities is taking the raft out to sea.
And with a good distance out...
... I would dive into the water...
... for a good swim...
... back to the shore.
This is a lot of fun and I would do this several times...
... until I'm dog-tired before resting on the sandy beach.
Back to the city to pick meimei up at the babysitter... perhaps the next time she can join us.
Me and My Sister
From New York With Love
I received a package in the mail.
What could it be? Who could it be from?
Hey look! There's a stuffy in here...
*sniff! sniff!* Hmmm, I smell a rat...
... but of the fun kind.
It's a hedgehog whose snout I love to bite on... and it squeaks too when pressed.
The pressie is from Dr. Linda Tintle, a practicing vet at sharpei friendly Wurtsboro Veterinary Clinic in New York. Dr. Linda has contributed tremendously to the sharpei breed through her tireless work on their health issues.
Dr. Linda also sent meimei a card... how sweet of her.
What's in the pack? Is that nommies?
No yummy treats here but dietary supplements for my chronic inflammatory disorder. These supplements are specially formulated by Dr. Linda to aid various health conditions in dog, especially sharpeis. For more information, please visit HyVitality.
Thank you Dr. Linda for the lovely cards and stuffy toy, you are definitely my favorite doctor in the whole world :)
Pssst, Doctor! Between you and me, on the next order, try putting peanut butter jelly inside the capsules. Okay?
